Following a decade, as a tourism entrepreneur and due to the entry of many global players, I decided to change direction and focus on what I love most – people. For two years, I worked as a business developer in a successful brilliant human resources company, I studied thoroughly this field of expertise with a special focus on high tech. It is clear to me today that the method of “Sending a candidate to as many companies as you can” and “send a candidate as soon as possible” is not efficient nor beneficial to anyone.  

 

During the last few years, I run “Building Teams”, a project-based recruiting agency. As such, I am responsible for a small elite team of recruiters wish to success and moreover - wish our customer to succeed. Our model is shortening the recruitment time by half and reduces the cost of employers significantly, usually by 20%-40%. Our services are valued by numerous happy customers that entrusted the recruitment process in our hands, avoiding loss of talents and "floods" of CVs.
